As the first of its kind in UAE, the Falcon Island ‘Homebuilder’ app will offer potential buyers an innovative customer experience that will enable them to create a bespoke luxury home from any mobile device and location in the world. With options to select additional rooms, interior finishing, landscaping, pool design, and home automation systems, the fully customizable app will use an individual’s taste and requirements to generate a series of dynamic 3D renderings of their choices prior to purchase. This application is a new sales tool for the agents. Prior to construction they can already sell from the interactive 3D model of each villa on the island.
