EQUILIS is a property developper and a real-estate investor. The company is a reference in commercial property in Bruxelles and throughout Belgium. In order to present its retail project, DOCKS BRUXSEL, Equilis made use of Artefacto’s services for the development of a virtual visit and augmented reality application, enabling to discover the whole shopping complex. The main asset of this application is the possibility to walk around in pedestrian mode and in real-time through all the galleries of the future shopping center. The application is used during trade fairs like MAPIC, and by agents while commercializing retail spaces.
