PRINCIPLES

PRINCIPLE 1: THE PURPOSE

The purpose of collecting data on the www.artefacto.fr website is to create a management file of Artefacto's prospects and customers. This file is used for statistical purposes and to contact and/or propose relevant content to contacts.

Users' Personal Data is collected and processed for specific and defined purposes:
- To manage recruitment operations
- To provide and manage our services
- To communicate with Users and improve the quality of our services
- To manage prospecting operations

PRINCIPLE 2: RELEVANCE OF DATA

 In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, only the data strictly necessary to achieve the objective may be collected.
Artefacto therefore collects all information from its visitors to the www.artefacto.fr website relating to identity, personal information and activity on the www.artefacto.fr website.
Information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sex life of a person is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).

PRINCIPLE 3: DATA RETENTION

The person in charge of the file will reply within one month of the request for access or rectification.

PRINCIPLE 5: SECURITY OF DATA AND PROCESSING (ART. 32 OF THE GGPD)

The data collected on the www.artefacto.fr website and the associated processing are hosted by Artefacto. Only persons linked to the technical, marketing and sales departments of Artefacto and its subcontractors have access to the information collected on the Artefacto website via a personal and unique identifier to the Plezi Automation marketing platform and the WordPress website platform.

We implement all the necessary security measures to protect your Personal Data against any unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, damage or destruction of the data we hold.
To this end, ARTEFACTO and its hosting providers have implemented appropriate measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and security of your Personal Data. However, we cannot guarantee that your communications and other Personal Data will not be intercepted or disclosed by a third party.
Finally, we inform you that your Personal Information is stored on servers located in the European Union.

Lack of communication to the third party

We undertake not to divulge to third parties the information and Personal Data that you communicate to us. This information and Personal Data is used exclusively by our internal services and will not be transferred or sold to third parties without your prior consent.
