Eiffage - Newquay

THE CLIENT'S NEEDS

Eiffage Immobilier is a builder and property developer, a subsidiary of the Eiffage Group. As part of the development of the former Dinard station site , known as Newquay, Eiffage has presented a project to create 600 housing units designed by the architect Ricardo Bofill. Ricardo Bofill. The development includes a residence for the elderly, a shopping centre and an underground car park. For the marketing of this ambitious Newquay programme, Eiffage called on Artefacto.

THE SOLUTION PROVIDED BY ARTEFACTO

To meet Eiffage's needs, Artefacto has created a promotional tool, the UP! IMMO. This solution integrates :

  • a 3D orbital model with aerial and pedestrian navigation
  • a breakdown by floors with access to 2D and 3D plans of the lots concerned
  • an exploration of the flats by type.

All the flats are clickable and give access to the 2D and 3D plans as well as a 360° virtual tour of each type. This tool is available on the website dedicated to marketing as well as in the sales bubble.
A film mixing 3D and real footage shot by drone has been produced as well as various interior and exterior perspectives for print media.
