THE CLIENT'S NEEDS

The ARC GROUP is a developer of new property projects in the Pays de Loire, Brittany and Ile de France. The company has been a recognised player since 1969 for its achievements in property development, regional planning and heritage renovation.

For the launch of the "Coeur Océan" real estate programme in Saint-Nazaire, the group called on Artefacto. The objective is to set up visual communication tools to promote this project. These solutions were intended to be innovative, in 3D and offered a virtual tour of the entire programme.

THE SOLUTION PROVIDED BY ARTEFACTO

To meet this need, Artefacto's teams deployed the leading solution in real estate: UP! IMMO. This is an interactive 3D model. Firstly, it offers aerial navigation and a breakdown by floor, allowing a complete virtual visit with access to 2D and 3D plans. The search tool also allows an exploration of the flats by typology.

Secondly, the interactive UP! IMMO interactive model is accompanied by an Analytics tool. This will enable the commercial performance of the programme to be monitored by highlighting the monitoring KPIs. Finally, a Skyview was filmed on site using a drone to place the project in its context.
