Pigeault ImmobilierPigeault Immobilier has been involved in the Rennes property market for over 40 years and manages all aspects of the property market in Rennes, Nantes and St Malo. Pigeault provides support for all property projects: housing (purchase, sale, rental, management), property development and professional property (businesses and shops).
As part of the marketing of a new real estate programme " Ilo "The Pigeault Group wanted to implement a new marketing tool and a promotional film as part of the marketing of a new 42-unit property development located near the centre of Rennes and in a peaceful natural setting. This solution was intended to be innovative, in 3D and offered a virtual visit of the entire programme.
THE SOLUTION PROVIDED BY ARTEFACTO
To meet this need, Artefacto's teams deployed the leading solution in real estate: the UP! IMMO. This is an interactive 3D model. It also offers a breakdown by floor allowing a complete virtual visit with access to 2D and 3D plans. The search tool allows an exploration of the flats by typology.
The buyer can create a list of favourites to refine his choice. This interactive 3D model is accompanied by an Analytics tool. This will enable the commercial performance of the programme to be monitored by highlighting the monitoring KPIs. A Skyview was shot on site using a drone to place the project in its context.
