Kermarrec - Rivages
THE CLIENT'S NEEDS
Kermarrec promotion is the property development branch of the Kermarrec group, a major player in the Breton property market.
Within the framework of the Rivages programme in Sainte Anne du Portzic, Kermarrec Promotion wanted to communicate in an innovative way. The second objective was to equip its sales staff with a sales support tool. The Breton developer therefore entrusted this mission to Artefacto.
THE SOLUTION PROVIDED BY ARTEFACTO
The Artefacto teams have therefore deployed the : UP! IMMO which is composed of :
- a 3D orbital model with aerial and pedestrian navigation
- a breakdown by floor with access to 2D and 3D plans of the lots concerned
- an exploration of the flats by type.
The interactive UP! IMMO interactive model is accompanied by an Analytics tool. This allows the commercial performance of the programme to be monitored by highlighting the monitoring KPIs. Finally, a Skyview was shot on site by a drone to place the project in its context.
The commercial success of the operation was to be based on the quality of the communication tools designed and deployed.
In addition to the usual media mix and the web model, the client wanted to put in place interactive media to help them perceive the result. We therefore integrated augmented reality. It allows clients to project themselves into the programme in its completed state and walk through the landscaped areas.
At home or on site, accompanied by the developer's advisors and using a tablet or smartphone, customers can locate the site and visualise the future buildings and their surroundings.
The use of this technology was important to the developer as the programme is aimed at first-time buyers who may have difficulty making plans based on plans alone.
