360° Immersive Tour - Bresle Valley

THE CLIENT'S NEEDS

The Communauté de Communes des Villes Sœurs has 28 communes with a population of over 38,000. A link between Normandy and Hauts-de-France, its territory includes 15 communes in Seine-Maritime and 13 communes in the Somme. The aim of this grouping of communes is to associate communes within this area of solidarity with a view to drawing up a joint development and spatial planning project.

The local authority asked us to respond to one of its challenges: to present the glass industry in an entertaining and educational way. The objective was to promote and discover the activity of the master glassmakers present along the Bresle valley.

 

THE SOLUTION PROVIDED BY ARTEFACTO

To meet this need, Artefacto proposed the solution Up! IMMERSIVE by creating a customised multilingual (French, English and German) immersive tour application presenting 2 industrial glassworks sites.

The application offers immersive 360° videos, all shot on site. These videos allow the discovery of workshops that are not open to the public, with a voice-over accompanying this immersion. It is available for immersive headsets, for example, but also on IOS and Android smartphones or tablets and also on PCs.
